The ‘Glitch’ experiments explore the affordances and constraints of the system as revealed by the computer ‘glitch’.

By experimenting with ‘backfacing’, the Work explores the notion of ‘materiality’, ‘boundary’ and ‘perception’ as it breaks the boundary of the form revealing hidden spaces that could be potentially exploited to ‘nest’ private information.

In breaking the ‘wall’ as a director breaks the forth wall in cinema, the work explores the state of self-consciousness when the state of immersion is interrupted. The user becomes more aware of the hollowness of the cgi object as the illusion of material is broken.
